TableTrix ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application, TableTrix.

To provide a functional experience and maintain our leaderboards, we collect the following information:

• Account Information: Your email address and a self-chosen "Player Tag" (username).
• Game Data: Your multiplication scores and speed records.
• Device Information: Basic technical data (e.g., OS version) to help us troubleshoot bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for:

• Authenticating your account and saving your progress.
• Displaying your Player Tag and scores on the global leaderboard.
• Sending one-time passwords (OTP) for account verification or password resets.

3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & UK GDPR)

TableTrix is an educational game designed for all ages, including children under 13. We take extra precautions:

• We do not collect any personal information other than what is necessary for app functionality (Email/Player Tag).
• We encourage parents to supervise their children's use of the app.
• Usernames (Player Tags) are filtered for profanity to ensure a safe environment.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers located in the UK. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) to protect your data during transit from your device to our backend API.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We do not currently use third-party advertising SDKs that track user behavior.

6. Data Deletion and Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If you wish to delete your TableTrix account and all associated score data, please contact us at the email address below. We will process your request within 30 days.
